İşlenen veriler ve amaç
Siteyi ziyaret ettiğinizde IP adresiniz, tarayıcı ve cihaz bilgileriniz ile ziyaret ettiğiniz sayfalar, sitenin güvenli ve kesintisiz çalışması için sunucu kayıtlarında tutulur. Bu sitede şu anda form, üyelik veya ödeme bulunmamaktadır.
Çerezler

- DigitalOcean, LLC (ABD): Sitenin ve verilerin barındırıldığı sunucular ABD'de (San Francisco) bulunmaktadır.
- Cloudflare, Inc. (ABD): Site trafiği güvenlik, saldırı koruması ve hız amacıyla Cloudflare ağı üzerinden iletilir. Bu sırada IP adresiniz ve istek bilgileriniz işlenir.
- Google LLC (ABD): Yalnızca çerez onayı vermeniz halinde Google Analytics ile ziyaret istatistikleri ölçülür. Onay vermezseniz Google'a bu amaçla veri gönderilmez.
Bu aktarımlar, sitenin çalışması ve size hizmet verilebilmesi için zorunludur ve 6698 sayılı Kanun'un 9. maddesine uygun şekilde, hizmet sağlayıcıların veri koruma ve veri işleme taahhütleri çerçevesinde gerçekleştirilir.
Haklarınız
KVKK'nın 11. maddesi uyarınca kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi talep etme, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteme, itiraz etme ve zararın giderilmesini talep etme haklarına sahipsiniz.

The controller of the personal data processed on this website (yaseminfazlilar.com) is Yasemin Fazlılar. This notice is provided under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
Data processed and purpose
When you visit the site, your IP address, browser and device information and the pages you visit are kept in server logs so that the site runs securely and without interruption. The site currently has no forms, membership or payments.
Cookies
- Essential storage: your cookie and language choice is stored in your browser so you are not asked again on every page.
- Analytics cookies (Google Analytics): used only if you click "Accept", to measure visit statistics. Your IP address is anonymised. If you click "Decline", Google Analytics is not loaded and no data is sent to Google for this purpose.

International transfers and recipients
The site and the personal data processed through it (IP address, browser and device information, pages visited) are transferred to the United States through the following providers:
- DigitalOcean, LLC (USA): the servers hosting the site and its data are located in the USA (San Francisco).
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): site traffic passes through the Cloudflare network for security, attack protection and performance; your IP address and request data are processed in the process.
- Google LLC (USA): only if you accept cookies, Google Analytics measures visit statistics. If you decline, no data is sent to Google for this purpose.
Transfers to the USA take place under Chapter V GDPR on the basis of the European Commission's EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision where the provider is certified, and otherwise under the Standard Contractual Clauses included in the providers' data processing agreements.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
